Save Money Getting Targeted Traffic With Adwords

If you have an e-commerce or business website then you will know that getting traffic to your website is all-important. But the casual ‘surfer’ that stumbles upon your website, looks around and then leaves, is neither use nor ornament because he/she doesn’t arrive with the intention of spending any money – this is the classic untargeted traffic.

Most webmasters sooner or later will start to look at PPC (pay per click) advertising to increase targeted traffic to their sites. Let’s face it; contextual advertising, when used correctly, is the bee’s knees for getting targeted traffic - and Google’s Adwords is the daddy of them all for delivering in volume. However, like most things worthwhile it has to be paid for.

The good news is that if you are thinking of opening a new Adwords account then you will be pleased to hear that Google issue vouchers as an incentive. Where do you find these vouchers? Well, one place to look is on my old favourite eBay – last time I looked there were plenty of £30 vouchers being offered as a ‘buy it now’ for 99p. How could anybody pass that up? £30 worth of targeted traffic for 99p sounds like a bargain to me…
